RETURN POLICY

We want you to love our stuff as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with an item, please let us know and we will gladly replace it or refund you. All you have to do is follow the instructions below. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, but we will send you a replacement for no additional shipping charge.

Before returning any items, please note:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
• Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted.
• Refund for orders of 8 or more items are subject to 15% restocking fee.

DID WE MADE A MISTAKE?

Hey, we’re not perfect (but we try our best)! If we’ve sent you the wrong or damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional charge. Please get in touch with us at (561)444-8081 or contact us through email at orders@goallday.com and we will assist you with your return.

REFUND REQUESTS

When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item will be credited back as soon as our Returns Department has completed processing your return (usually within 3-5 days). Orders consisting of 8 or more returned items are subject to 15% restocking fee.
